NTPC board OKs investing 31.9 bln rupees in coal project

MUMBAI, Nov 12 (Reuters) - India's top power producer NTPC Ltd said on Friday its board had approved investing 31.94 billion rupees for a coal mining project in the east Indian state of Jharkhand.
